Pricing

The parties will generally split the mediations fees evenly between them which will comprise of an hourly fee which is estimated at the time the mediation date is selected. The fees are usually estimated at ½ day or full day mediation at $495 per hour, and this portion is collected no later than 2 weeks prior to the mediation.  Any additional fees for hours over the estimated amount will be billed after the mediation is completed.

Plus administrative fee if applicable.
